A SENSE OF BELONGING

French brand EuroCave invented the wine cabinet in 1976 and has spent 50 years perfecting it. Wine collectors know it as the best of the best, but in 2026, it wasn’t on most Australians’ radars. EuroCave saw a chance to reach a wider audience: people who care about good design and enjoy wine, but aren’t experts. They needed a partner to reposition this global brand and make it resonate locally. That’s where we came in, taking the brand from a market-specific strategy through to a refined identity, new website and cross-channel campaign.

A brand built on belonging

We started with three ideas. First, EuroCave is the best wine cabinet, period. No one else controls the five essential conditions for storing and serving wine with the same precision. Second, a EuroCave is a status symbol. It shows you know wine and you’re willing to invest in it. Third, for most Australians, wine isn’t something you enjoy alone while studying the tasting notes. It’s saved for the right moment and opened with friends.

Together, those ideas shaped a new brand strategy and tagline: “Where wine belongs.” It tells people EuroCave is the only real home for wine. And it tells them the owner belongs too, as someone who knows wine and has a beautiful, functional space designed for sharing it.

A photoshoot that could only happen in 2026

To bring the brand to life, we created a library of more than 100 images using Oliver Grace’s new virtual photoshoot offering.

We started with what EuroCave already had: video and product shots of the cabinets. Using a suite of digital tools, we placed each cabinet into a range of modern Australian interiors. The result shows how a EuroCave fits seamlessly into any room or style, with a consistent tone and premium finish that once would have required an extensive in-person shoot.

Tasteful takes time

Getting a premium result from digital tools takes time and skill. We defined the key interior looks and set the design, decor, lighting and camera angle for each, so every image felt consistent without looking repetitive. We finished each image by hand in Photoshop, making sure every product detail stayed true to the real thing.

This library of sleek, modern interiors proved hugely valuable when it came time to build the website. It allowed us to deliver a visually rich digital experience that showcased the full product range in cohesive, aspirational settings. The homepage hero uses soft, blurred movement and shifting natural light to suggest a relaxed evening with friends, drawing the viewer straight into a world “Where Wine Belongs”.

Leads: warm and informed

The new site works like a catalogue. Its first job is to introduce EuroCave to Australians. Its second is to help buyers understand the range, so by the time they call, they already want a EuroCave and have a model or two in mind.

We interviewed EuroCave’s sales team to learn what a great lead sounds like. They told us their first question is always “Where will it go?”, so we made it easy to browse by location: kitchen, cellar, garage and more.

A timeless story, told in a fresh way

It was a privilege to bring forward what makes EuroCave unique. Its legacy as the creator of the wine cabinet deserved a bigger place in the brand, so we made it the headline and told the full story of the brand’s rise, from an obsession with giving wine exactly what it needs to becoming the collector’s standard. Now Australians can discover the full story on the refreshed site and appreciate what goes into every cabinet.

Cross-channel brand campaign

To build awareness and drive leads, we brought the strategy to life in a brand campaign across out-of-home, digital and print. Each placement was tailored to where people are in their journey, from first discovering EuroCave to being ready to enquire, and all of it led to a custom landing page designed to convert. Spotting EuroCave’s billboards on the drive to work was a particular highlight for the team.
