A clear case for better buildings
When LuxWall came to Oliver Grace, they had raised US$51 million in Series B funding, plus a US$31.7 million grant from the U.S. Department of Energy. The product with all that momentum? Enthermal, their vacuum-insulated glass windows. Windows are the single biggest source of energy loss in buildings, and buildings produce 38% of the world’s carbon emissions. Enthermal insulates like a solid wall, cuts a building’s energy loss by up to 50%, and is quick and easy to install.
The next stage of growth was about selling the product. But LuxWall’s website was still talking to investors, full of funding news and press releases, with very few details for the developers, property owners, and architects who actually buy and use the windows. We had to work out exactly who LuxWall is for, understand a highly technical product, and use cutting-edge web design and development to bring it all to life, turning an investor pitch into a site that sells.

Seeing windows differently
Our strategy started with listening. We went deep on what makes LuxWall genuinely different, immersing ourselves in the engineering behind the product, the physics of vacuum insulation, and how property developers, specifiers, and homeowners shop for this sort of thing.
From there, one principle guided the experience: make breakthrough window performance make sense to everyone, from the architect reading the spec sheet to the homeowner imagining a warmer, quieter living room.

A digital brand uplift
We delivered a digital brand uplift built on new typography and a richer visual system, pairing AI-powered imagery with real photography of the factory itself, so the brand could scale its visual world without ever losing the human, hands-on reality of how the glass is made. The design system — modular blocks, panels and glass-inspired styles — was built for re-use, carrying LuxWall’s premium, cutting-edge position as its products evolve.
Cutting-edge 3D animation
The centrepiece of the site is an interactive 3D animation that does what spec sheets can’t: show you exactly how vacuum insulation works, and why it performs the way it does. Built in collaboration with Jared Mericka at Plinth Digital, the interactive animation runs on proprietary technology that’s fast and lightweight on desktop and mobile. It drops straight into an existing site (in this case WordPress), and because it responds to the user rather than hijacking the scroll, exploring it feels natural at any pace.

The impact
LuxWall now has a website that holds the whole story in one place: the science, the energy efficiency impact, and the experience of living behind better glass. The journeys are built for each audience, with a dynamic visual world that can grow as fast as the company does.
The site has already been recognised, winning the Home, Building & Interiors category at the 2026 Australian Web Awards.
